Enable Schedules of Notification Processes to Run

Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to enable schedules of selected notification processes to run.

To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable a schedule of a notification process to run:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the notification process schedule that you want to run.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
  4. Highlight the notification process that has the schedule that you want to run.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
  6. Highlight the schedule that you want to run and select the Running check box.
