Enable Schedules of Notification Processes to Run

Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to enable schedules of selected notification processes to run.

To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable a schedule of a notification process to run:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process schedule that you want to run.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
  4. Highlight the notification process with the schedule that you want to run.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
  6. Highlight the schedule that you want to run and select the Running check box.
