Open Resource Card of Approvers of Resources under Preparation

Use the Resources under Preparation submodule to open the resource card of the approvers of resources under preparation.

To use the Resources under Preparation submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To open the resource card of the approver of a resource under preparation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Resources under Preparation.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 20 - Awaiting approval
4. Highlight the resource under preparation of the approver whose resource card you want to open.
5. Double-click on the approver in the corresponding Approvers field.
   WorkBook opens the approver's resource card.
6. Click Close .
