Hide Hidden Comments in Material Entry Conversations

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to hide hidden comments in material entry conversations.

To use the Material Entry Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To hide a hidden comment in a material entry conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
3. Highlight the material entry of the conversation with the hidden comment that you want to hide and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Conversation.
4. Right click on any comment and select Hide hidden comments from the menu.
   All hidden comments disappear from the list of comments.
5. If you want to display all hidden comments again, right click on any comment and select Reveal hidden comments from the menu.
