System Variable 802: Define Sales Price Calculation Method for Time Entry and Scheduling

Use this System Variable to select the sales price calculation method to be applied to time entries and scheduling.

Select any of the following options:

• 0 - Use the Task Activity: This option uses the price list for the activity defined in the job card to calculate the sales price.
• 1 - Use the Employee Default Activity in Time Entry: This option uses the price list for the default activity defined for the employee in the employee card to calculate the sales price.
• 2 - Use the Employee Default Activity in Time Entry & Scheduling: This option uses the price list for the default activity and the rate per hour defined for the employee in the employee card to calculate the sales price.

The default value for this System Variable is 0 - Use the Task Activity.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
