Use the Agreement tab under the Subscriptions submodule to create a contact in selected subscriptions.
To use the Subscriptions submodule, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To create a contact in a subscription:

On the main toolbar, click
Finance & Administration
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to create subscription contacts.

In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click
.

Click the List tab and highlight the subscription that you want to create a new contact for.

Click the Agreement tab.

Click the Contacts tab and click
Create new
.

In the Add new contact dialog box, enter or select the applicable information from the corresponding drop-down lists and click
OK.
Alternatively, under the
Contact
column, click the initial of the contact whose information you want to edit.

In the Resource information dialog box, you can edit the new contact's information.

Close
.
