Move Tasks to a Different Sprint

Use the Scrum Sprints submodule to move tasks to a different sprint.

To use Scrum Sprints in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To move a task to a different sprint:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the task that you want to move to a different sprint.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Projects & Jobs > Scrum Sprints.
4. Highlight the scrum sprint of the task that you want to move to a different sprint, and on the grid toolbar, click Move Tasks from Selection to a Different Sprint .
   WorkBook displays a dialog box whose title shows the name of the sprint from which you are moving tasks and the number of tasks that it contains.
5. In the Move Tasks from [sprint name] dialog box, select the appropriate options and click OK.
