Timesheet

Use the Timesheet application in My Stuff to enter timesheets and submit them for processing.

You can:

  • Enter or edit timesheet data for an open time period.
  • Enter regular and overtime hours for each day in a time period.
  • Enter hours and/or units for each project that you worked on in a time period.
  • Add more timesheet rows to record hours or units for different projects.
  • Select different labor codes and labor categories for a project/phase/task.
  • Enter comments for your hours or units.
  • Submit your timesheet for approval when the time period ends.
In addition to the Timesheet application, you can also use the calendar (My Stuff > Calendar) to add timesheets entries directly on the calendar and submit them from there. For more information, see Perform Timesheet Tasks from the Calendar.

You post timesheets in the Transaction Center in the desktop application.
