| Original Image

When you upload an image or select it from the image library, it displays in
Original Image along with a cropping frame.
Deltek Resource Planning automatically crops and scales the image, and displays the results in
Cropped Image. If you want to crop the image differently, do either or both of the following in
Original Image:
- Click inside the existing cropping frame and drag the frame to position it over the part of the image that you want to include.
- Click and drag one or more of the "handles" on the corners and sides of the cropping frame to expand or contract the area included.

Cropped Image displays the image as it will be appear elsewhere in
Deltek Resource Planning. If you change the location or size of the cropping frame in
Original Image, the image in this area changes accordingly.

| Upload

To upload your own image file, click Upload, browse to and select the image file, and click
Open.
Supported image file types are .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, and .BMP.

To select an image supplied with
Deltek Resource Planning, click
Library, select an image, and click
Select.

Click this button to assign the image to the currently selected
employee.
