Contents of the Select Organization Dialog Box

Field	Description
Find organization field	Use this field to search the organization structure for the organizations you want. Type one character in this field to display and select from a list of organizations with names, IDs, or organization structure elements that start with that character. You can also select the STARTS WITH option just below the field to search for any resources assigned to organizations with names, IDs, or organization structure elements that start with that character. Type two or more characters to display and select from a list of organizations with names, IDs, or organization structure elements that contain those characters. You can also select the CONTAINS option just below the field to search for any resources assigned to organizations with names, IDs, or organization structure elements that contain those characters. If you previously selected any organizations before you displayed the Select Organizations dialog box, those existing selections display in this field also.
Organization grid	This grid displays organization IDs and names either for the full organization structure or for just the parts of the structure that contain the organizations that meet the search criteria you entered in the search field above the grid. Expand the higher levels to display the lower levels of the structure.
Add	To select an organization, click Add next to it in the grid.
Select or Save	If you displayed the dialog box anywhere except in the Security area, the button label is Select. If you displayed the dialog box in the Security area, the button label is Save. Click this button to confirm your organization selections and close the dialog box.
Cancel	Click this button to close the dialog box and discard any organizations that you selected in the dialog box. If you previously selected any organizations before you displayed the Select Organizations dialog box, those organizations are still selected after you click Cancel.
