View the Firm Hierarchy

The Firm Hierarchy tree displays the parent-subsidiary relationships of your firms in graphical form.

When you have firms or agencies that should be associated in a hierarchical relationship, you can create, view, and report contact, project, and opportunity data at both an individual and rolled-up level. This is useful for grouping information on reports and gives you a better understanding, for example, of project profitability or opportunity award ratios for all firms in a hierarchy. Firm hierarchy is enabled by default, but it can be disabled by your system administrator in Settings > General Settings > Firm Hierarchy.

To view the firm hierarchy:
  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and select Firms.
  2. Use the search field above the firm name to search for and select the firm that you want to open.
  3. Click Firm Hierarchy to view the hierarchy. This icon only displays in navy when a hierarchy has been created. It displays in light gray when there is no associated hierarchy.
