Display the Create New Dialog Box for Scheduled Billing

Display the Create New dialog box for Scheduled Billing in Billing.

1. From the Navigation menu, click Billing > Billing Terms.
2. Select a project with fee terms.
3. Click the Fees tab of the Billing Terms form.
4. Select Scheduled Billing.
5. On the toolbar of the Scheduled Billing grid, click Create.
