Add an Opportunity in Resource Management
If the CRM application is not activated, use the Add Opportunity form that is available from the Opportunity Plan Structure form to add a new opportunity for which you want to start a resource plan. If the CRM application is activated, add the opportunity in the Opportunities hub instead.
To add a new
opportunity from the
Opportunity Plan Structure form:
- In the Navigation pane, go to the Resource Management section and click Opportunity Plan Structure.

Click
+ Add
Opportunity in the upper-right corner of the form.
This option is only available if you have the access rights that are required to add records.
- In Name, enter a name for the opportunity.
- In Opportunity ID, enter a unique identifier for the opportunity.
- Use the other fields to enter additional information about the opportunity.
- Click Save Opportunity.
