In the Opportunity Plan Structure form, you set up a work breakdown structure (WBS) for opportunities for which you want to do resource planning. You can do that either by constructing it level by level or by copying the structure from another opportunity or from a project. If your firm did not activate the CRM application, you also use this form to add the opportunity records.

    If the CRM application is not activated, use the Edit Opportunity form that is available from the Opportunity Plan Structure form to edit basic opportunity information. If the CRM application is activated, edit the opportunity information in the Opportunities hub instead.
  • Delete an Opportunity in Resource Management
    If an opportunity is created by mistake or for some other reason you want to completely remove an opportunity, you can delete it. If the CRM application is not activated, use the Edit Opportunity form that is available from the Opportunity Plan Structure form to delete the opportunity. If the CRM application is activated, delete the opportunity in the Opportunities hub.
