In the Opportunity Plan Structure form, you set up a work breakdown structure (WBS) for opportunities for which you want to do resource planning. You can do that either by constructing it level by level or by copying the structure from another opportunity or from a project. If your firm did not activate the CRM application, you also use this form to add the opportunity records.
