Unlock Locked Transaction Files

You can unlock transaction files and continue working on them. Do not unlock files that are currently in use or currently posting.

To unlock transaction files:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Locked Transaction Files. The Locked Transaction Files form lists all of the transaction files in your database that are marked as Locked by a Deltek user.
  2. From the drop-down list for the Transaction Type field, select a transaction type. Deltek displays all of the files for that transaction type.
  3. Optional. To limit the number of transactions, select the Show only transactions created by me option.
  4. Select the files that you want to unlock.
  5. Click Reset.
  6. In response to the confirmation message, click Yes.
