Display Log of Report Data

You can review a log with information about all generated reports.

For each report listed, the log includes the following data:
  • The Deltek username of the person who ran the report
  • The report file name
  • The start and end times
  • The report server on which the report ran
  1. On the Navigation menu, click Utilities > Report Administration.
  2. On the Reporting Administration form, click the Report Logging tab. A log of all generated reports displays.
  3. Optional. Filter the list of reports in any of the following ways:
    • Started over the last x hours
    • By date range
    • By Deltek username
  4. Select one of the following actions:
    Option Description
    To refresh the data on the tab Click Refresh. You might select this option, for example, when you change the filtering options.
    To view report options Select the report and click Display Parameters.
