Select this option if you want to consolidate existing
units.
Deltek allows you to enter an existing
unit number in the
New
Unit field.

Select the
units that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
- Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the
Unit lookup to select one
unit.
- Click
Lookup/Insert to display the
Unit lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all
units.

Name
|
This field displays the name of the
unit. The same
unit number can have different names in different tables. When you use Quick Find to fill this field, the name that displays is the name from the first table found that contains the
unit. Therefore, if the
unit is in the default table,
Deltek displays the name associated with the
unit in that table.
Click this field to go to the
Units hub, where you can modify
unit data.

You can enter a new
unit number. If you selected the
Combine Existing
Units option, enter an existing
unit number.
