Contact Examples - Employees Hub (Desktop)
You can associate contact records with employee records.
Example One
If you open the employee record for Evan Plumb and add Mary McCarthy to the Contacts grid on the Associations tab of the Employees form:
- Mary McCarthy and related contact information displays in the Contacts grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.
- Evan Plumb and related employee information displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Mary McCarthy's contact record.
If you open the employee record for Evan Plumb and remove Mary McCarthy from the Contacts grid:
- Mary McCarthy and related contact information no longer displays in the Contacts grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.
- Evan Plumb and related employee information no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Mary McCarthy's contact record.
Example Two
If you open the contact record for Mary McCarthy and add Evan Plumb to the Employees grid of the Associations tab of the Contacts hub:

Evan Plumb and related employee information displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Mary McCarthy's contact record.

Mary McCarthy and related contact information displays in the Contacts grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.
If you open the contact record for Mary McCarthy and remove Evan Plumb from the Employees grid:
- Evan Plumb and related employee information no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Mary McCarthy's contact record.
- Mary McCarthy and related contact information no longer displays in the Contacts grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.
