Find a Favorite Kona Conversation

Kona conversations that are favorites can be marked within the conversation window. You can search for favorite conversations.

You must enable Kona Business integration to conduct a Kona conversation.

To find a favorite conversation:
  1. From the Collaboration tab, select the Collaboration grid. All conversations marked as Favorite will display with the yellow star icon selected.
  2. Select the grid options and click Favorites to only view favorite conversations.
