If the project has some phases with tasks and some without, you must separate them into two processing runs. You cannot mix their rows in the same grid.

Click this option to insert a new grid row and open the Project lookup.
Insert
Click this option to insert a new grid row.
Delete
Click the row to delete and then click this option to delete the selected grid row.
