Purchase Requisitions Form
Use the Purchase Requisitions form to create or edit a new purchase requisition, preview purchase order reports, or approve purchase requisitions.

Use the Cost Distribution tab to specify the project, at its lowest level of work breakdown structure, to which to charge an item's cost, tax, shipping, and other costs. Deltek uses a line item's cost distribution data to calculate its committed expense. You can also use this tab to mark the item's cost as billable and view the committed expense at billing rates. - Shipping Tab of the Purchase Requisitions Form
Use the Shipping tab of the Purchase Requisition form to enter or edit the shipping data for a purchase requisition. You also use this tab to specify the drop-ship client, client address, client contact, and client contact email address. - Vendors Tab of the Purchase Requisitions Form
Use the Vendors tab of the Purchase Requisitions form to enter one or more suggested vendors. On the Vendors tab of the Line Item detail dialog box for any of this requisition's line items, select the Need Price Quote option to add all of these vendors to the Vendor grid. - Progress Tab of the Purchase Requisitions Form
This tab displays when an approval workflow is used for approving a purchase requisition. Use this tab to view the approvals and history of approval assignments associated with the purchase requisition.
