Use the Lists tab of the Labels & Lists Settings form to specify the valid values that appear in drop-down selection lists for some
Deltek fields (for example, a list of the valid
opportunity stages for your
firm).
Deltek provides default lists for most of these fields, but you can add other values, delete default values that you do not want to use, and edit existing default values.
The field lists that are available on the Lists tab vary depending on the applications you have activated and on other
Deltek settings.

To search the list for a particular system field rather than scrolling, type one or more characters from the field list name in the field next to Lists.
To limit the field names in the grid to those that relate to a particular part of
Deltek, select the part you want in the second field to the right of
Lists.

This column displays the fields for which you can specify a list of values.

To add, delete, or edit values for a field list, hover over the grid row for the list and click this icon to display the Settings dialog box for the list.
The settings that you specify for each value in the Settings dialog box vary depending on the field for which you are defining values.
