Display the Add/Edit Timesheet Entry Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to add or edit timesheet entries on the calendar.

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Calendar.
  2. Select one of the following:
    If you want to... Do this...

    Add new entries

    Select an action:
    • Select Actions > New Timesheet Entry.
    • Select Calendar Timesheet in the left pane and click the time block on the calendar.
    • Click Recent or Assignments in the Calendar Timesheet pane and drag an item to the calendar.
    • Click an existing timesheet entry on the calendar and then click Copy Timesheet Entry in the info bubble.
    • Click an existing task or activity on the calendar and then click the Add Timesheet Entry link in the info bubble.

    Edit existing entries

    Click an existing timesheet entry on the calendar and then click Edit in the info bubble.
