View Absence Requests in Approval Center

You can view employee absence requests in the Approval Center.

To view absence requests:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Approval Center.
  2. On the Approval Center form, select Absence Requests from the Approval Center drop-down menu.
  3. Click View Absence Request Schedule. The Absence Request Dialog Box displays.
  4. If your firm uses multiple companies, select the desired company from the Company drop-down field. This field does not display if your firm does not use multiple companies.
  5. Select the absence type to display from the Absence Type drop-down field. Select All to view all types or select only one type to filter the display.
  6. Select the status to display from the Status drop-down field. Select All to view all statuses or select only one type to filter the display.
  7. Select the month to display using and above the calendar. The Employee Name column displays the names of employees who have absence requests in the selected month. The absence requests are highlighted on the calendar. The key below the calendar explains the color coding.

    You can click employee names to view info bubbles that shows the employee's current sick leave and vacation hours.

  8. Click Close to close the dialog box and return to the Approval Center.
