Generate a Favorite Report in Reporting
After you create a favorite report, you can use the Reports grid. When you generate a favorite report, Deltek automatically applies all options settings and retrieves data from the appropriate records.
The Reports grid may also contain global favorites or role-specific favorites created by other users. You can use those favorites, but you cannot change or delete them.
To use a favorite report:
- On the Navigation menu, click Reporting and click the type of report. Each favorite report in the Reports grid has either Personal or Global in the Type column.
- Select the favorite report.
- Preview or print the report.
