Generate a Favorite Report in Reporting

After you create a favorite report, you can use the Reports grid. When you generate a favorite report, Deltek automatically applies all options settings and retrieves data from the appropriate records.

The Reports grid may also contain global favorites or role-specific favorites created by other users. You can use those favorites, but you cannot change or delete them.

To use a favorite report:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Reporting and click the type of report. Each favorite report in the Reports grid has either Personal or Global in the Type column.
  2. Select the favorite report.
  3. Preview or print the report.
