List View Grid Fields

The List View Grid provides several options to view and sort record information.

Grid Options

Field Description
Click at the top of the grid to select all row items in the grid. If it is already selected, you can click to unselect the selected row items in the grid.

To select multiple row items but not all row items, click the option found next to the rows that you want to select.

Sort ( or ) Move the mouse cursor on top of a column heading to display the sort options ( or ) in the right end of the column heading. Click the column heading to sort the rows in ascending or descending order based on the column you clicked. For more information, refer to Sort Grid Row Order.
Click to add, remove, or move columns in the grid. For more information, refer to Select Columns for a Grid.
Click to display the filter row options. Use the filter row options to narrow down the listed information in the grid. For more information, refer to Filter the Grid Results.
Click that is found at the left side of the selected row item to display the selected row item in the detail view.
Click that is found at the right end of the selected row item to delete the selected row item. You can only delete one row item at a time while using this option. If is not displayed at the end of the selected row, check if the option is displayed instead.
Click to display a menu with any of the following options:
  • Copy: Select Copy to create a copy of the selected record. You can only copy one row item.
  • Delete: Select Delete to delete the selected record. You can only delete one row item at a time while using this option.
