Display the Edit Project Structure Dialog Box

Deltek displays this dialog box from the Projects form while in Project mode when you are creating or editing a project.

  1. For existing projects, complete the following steps:
    1. In the Navigation pane in the browser application, go to the Hubs section and select Projects.
    2. In the Find project drop-down list, select a project name.
    3. To the right of the project name, click . Deltek displays the Project Structure dialog box.
    4. Click Edit. Deltek displays the Edit Project Structure dialog box.
  2. For new projects, complete the following steps:
    1. In the Navigation pane in the browser application, go to the Hubs section and select Projects.
    2. Click + New Project in the upper right corner of the screen. Deltek displays the New Project form.
    3. Create a new project from an existing project, template, or opportunity and template.
    4. Click Continue. Deltek displays the Choose Project Structure dialog.
    5. Select the phases and tasks you want to include in the new project.
    6. Click the Continue button to save your changes to the project. Deltek displays the Edit Project Structure dialog.
