Accounts Payable Export

Use the Accounts Payable Export report to download accounts payable data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file or other file format.

Column Description
Vendor This column displays the vendor identifier.
Vendor Name This column displays the vendor's name.
Invoice Date This column displays either the invoice date or the cash receipt date.
Invoice Number This column displays the invoice number.
Voucher Date This column displays the voucher date.
Voucher This column displays the voucher number.
Vendor Pay Terms The payment terms can be any of the following:
  • Date: Payment is processed on the date specified.
  • Next: Payment is processed in the next check processing run.
  • Hold: Payment is on hold.
  • Pay When Paid (PWP): Payment is processed with the next check processing run your company receives full payment for the client charges associated with the vouchers.
Voucher Payment Date This column displays the payment date.
Voucher Liab Code This column displays the accounts payable liability code to which this voucher was posted. The liability code enables you to identify the account that receives the implicit posting when a voucher is posted. The liability code defines the credit posting in the general ledger. If your firm uses organizations, and you maintain separate Balance Sheets by organization, the liability code also links the transaction to an organization code.
Voucher Bank Code This column displays the code for the bank involved in the transaction.
Voucher Line This column displays the line number for each item on the voucher.
Description This column displays descriptive text for the line item.
Project This column displays the project associated with the voucher.
Phase This column displays the phase associated with the voucher.
Task This column displays the task associated with the voucher.
Payment Currency Code This column displays the payment currency code associated with the voucher.
Bank Currency Code This column displays the bank currency code associated with the voucher.
Voucher Account Number This column displays the account number for the Deltek account associated with this voucher If the project is a regular project, this is a reimbursable expense account or a direct expense account. If the project is an overhead project, this is an indirect expense account.
PWP Code This column displays the status of each pay when paid (PWP) voucher:
  • NF: Not found. This status indicates that you posted the voucher, but the voucher is not yet associated with a final invoice for the project, or is not associated with a final invoice at the appropriate level. This status only appears for vouchers marked as PWP.
  • NP: Not paid. This status indicates that you have accepted the final invoice and posted the resulting invoice file that contains the PWP voucher, but you have not been paid for the invoice by your client.
  • PD: Paid. This status indicates that you posted the cash receipt for the invoice that contained the voucher. The voucher is available for payment processing.
Check Ref No This column displays the check number.
Check Date This column displays the check date.
Voucher Amount This column displays the total amount of the voucher.
Voucher Previous Payments This column displays previous payments for the voucher.
Voucher Discount This column displays the amount of discounts taken to date.
Voucher Balance This column displays the balance owed to the vendor.
Voucher Trans Type This column displays a two-letter code for the type of transaction.
Voucher Sub Trans Type This column displays a one-letter code for the transaction sub-type (for example, A for automatic check, C for disbursement check, or V for voided check).
Voucher Billed Invoice This column displays the number of the invoice on which the record was final billed.
Billed Project This column displays the project for which the record was final billed.
Billed Phase This column displays the phase for which the record was final billed.
Billed Task This column displays the task for which the record was final billed.
Vendor Sort Name This column displays the name by which you want to sort the report. This name may not be the same as the name in Vendor Name.
Vendor Type This column displays the vendor type (for example, Trade, Consultant, or Employee).
Vendor Status This column displays the vendor's status (for example, Active, Inactive, or Dormant).
Vendor Organization This column displays the organization for which this vendor provides goods or services.
Payment Type This column displays the three payment type options: Check/EFT, Wire, or Direct Deposit.
Reference Number This column displays the reference or confirmation number for wires or direct debits.
Wire Fee Account This column displays the name of the wire fee account.
Wire Fee Project This column displays the name of the wire fee project.
Wire Fee Phase This column displays the name of the wire fee phase.
Wire Fee Task This column displays the fee charged by the bank that is handling the wire transaction.
Wire Fee This column displays the name of the wire fee.
Payment Memo This column displays any additional wire or direct debit payment data information.
Bank Name This column displays the bank's name.
Bank Address 1-4 These columns displays the bank's address.
Bank City This column displays the bank's city.
Bank State This column displays the bank's state.
Bank Zip This column displays the bank's zip code.
Bank Country This column displays the bank's country.
Bank Account ID This column displays the bank's account ID.
Bank Account ID Type This column displays the bank's account ID type.
Bank ID This column displays the bank's ID.
Bank ID Type This column displays the bank's ID Type.
Bank Payment Amount This column displays the bank's payment amount.
Bank Exchange This column displays the bank's exchange rate.
Bank Amount This column displays the bank amount.
Bank Totals This column displays the total of the selected vouchers.
