Use options on the Actions menu in the Activities hub to copy, edit, or delete an activity record.

Field | Description |
Edit
|
Select this option to open the Edit form and make changes to the currently selected record.

Copy
|
Select this option to copy and modify the current record to create a follow-up activity for the selected activity record.
Deltek creates a copy of the activity and also adds a Follow-up prefix (for example, Follow-up: Report
Client Audit) to the name of the copied activity.
When you copy a record with attached documents,Deltek does not copy the documents to the new record.

Delete
|
Select this option to delete the current record. When you delete a record, you permanently remove it from the database and it cannot be undone. Verify that the record is no longer in use before you delete it.

Export
|
This option displays if you are in the List View. Select this option to export records to a .CSV file format. You have the option of selecting all records (the default) or a subset of records for export to the .CSV file. The export function is disabled if you are in Detail View.

Design
|
Select this option to open the Screen Designer to add or modify tabs, grids, and fields. You must have administrator rights to use the Screen Designer.
