Access Incomplete Postings

You can review incomplete or failed posting runs for a transaction type, for the current accounting period.

To access incomplete postings:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Incomplete Postings.
  2. In the Transaction Type field on the Incomplete Postings form, select a transaction type. Deltek displays all of the incomplete or failed posting runs for that transaction type during the current accounting period.
  3. Optional. To limit the number of transactions, select the Show only transactions posted by me option.
  4. Select a file.
  5. Select one of the following actions:
    Option Description
    To print a posting log Click Posting Log and then click Print.
    To display a posting log Click Posting LogĀ and then click Preview.
    To print a transaction list Click Transaction List and then click Print.
    To display a transaction list Click Transaction List and then click Preview.
    To resubmit the file and make it available in the Transaction Center Click Recreate Unposted.
    To unpost completed transactions and make the transaction files available in the Transaction Center Click Undo Posting/Resubmit All.
    If you resubmit only the unposted portion of a file, the file becomes available in the Transaction Center. Only the unposted transactions become editable in Transaction Entry. Posting attempts to post only the unposted transactions, using the original posting sequence. You can print transaction lists for the transaction types that are available in Transaction Entry.
