Hide or Show Summary Columns

To display more of the calendar period columns in the grid in Resource View or Project View, you can hide the summary columns in the middle section of the grid.

To hide the summary columns in the Resource View grid or Project View grid:

  1. Click Show less at the top of the RESOURCE/LEVEL column in Resource View or the LEVEL/RESOURCE column in Project View. Result: All columns that you did not pin in the Column Settings & Selections dialog box are hidden, and the space filled by calendar period columns.
  2. To display all of the summary columns again, click Show more at the top of the RESOURCE/LEVEL column in Resource View or the LEVEL/RESOURCE column in Project View.
