This applies to the dashboard that you access from the desktop application by clicking
Dashboard in the toolbar on the main Deltek screen.

Show Unused Dashparts: Display a list of dashparts that are available for your Dashboard.

Add System Dashpart: Create a system dashpart and add it to your Dashboard.

Add Web Dashpart: Add a dashpart that is based on a URL.

Save Dashboard for Users: Save a Dashboard layout for use by other users.
