Publish a Project Plan

When you make changes to a project plan, you can publish it as the current plan version.

A plan must be published if you want to update it in Resource View or Project View in Resource Management or view the latest version in reports.

To publish a project plan:

1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and click Projects.
2. Select the project for which you want to publish the plan.
3. Switch the Project/Plan toggle to Plan.
4. Check out the plan and update it as necessary.
5. When you are ready to publish the new version of the plan, select Publish Plan on the Actions menu.
6. When a confirmation message displays, click Yes to publish the current plan and its most recent baseline plan.
