Toolbar of the Generic Resources Form

Use toolbar options to save your work, create new generic resources, or print a report that lists them.

Field	Description
New	Click this option and then select one of the following options: Select New Generic Resource to open a new, blank plan record. Select Copy Generic Resource to make a copy of the generic resource. You can then save the copy under a new name and modify it. Select Select Generic Resource to Copy to open the Generic Resource Lookup dialog, where you select a generic resource to copy. When you select a generic resource, Deltek displays a copy of it. You can then save the copy under a new name and modify it as needed.
Delete	Click this option to remove the current generic resource record. Use caution when you delete a generic resource.
Print	Click this option and then select one of the following: Print Current Generic Resource — Print the current generic resource record. Print Active Group — Print a group of generic resource records. Select Generic Resource to Print — Select the generic resource that you want to print.
