Check the Status of an Expense Report

If you have the employee expense approvals workflow enabled, you can check the status of expense reports that you can access based on your access right.

To check the status of an expense report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Expense Reports.
  2. Use the search field above the Expense Reports form to search for and select the expense report that you want to review. In the search field drop down, the status of the expense report is displayed on the right side of the record item.
  3. For more details on the status, open the expense report.
  4. Click found under the Action drop down field to display the info bubble with the approval workflow status details.
