Select this option if you want to consolidate existing
phases.
Deltek allows you to enter an existing
project number in the
New
Project field.
Before you combine
phases, it is important to consider whether or not the
projects have associated plans.
When you combine records that contain one or more attached documents, all documents from both records are attached to the new record.

Project
|
Select the
project numbers that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
- Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the
Project lookup to select one
project number.
- Click
Lookup/Insert to display the
Project lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all
project numbers.

Phase
|
Select the
phase numbers that you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
- Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the
Phase lookup to select one
phase number.
- Click
Lookup/Insert to display the
Phase lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all
phase numbers.

Name
|
This field displays the name of the
project. Click this field to go to the
Projects hub, where you can modify
phase data.

New
Project
|
Enter an existing
project number if the
Combine Existing
Phases option is selected.
Enter a new
project number if the
Combine Existing
Phases option is cleared.

Select the new
phase.
