Switch Project Amounts from Billing to Cost

In the Projects hub, you can switch between displaying billing amounts and cost amounts in the Summary pane, on the Dashboard, and the tabs in Planning mode if you select the Cost and Billing option for the project in the Plan Settings dialog box.

Note:

To switch between billing and cost amounts on the Projects form:

1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and click Projects.
2. Select the project.
3. Select Billing or Cost in the Show field in any of the following locations on the Projects form:
   • In the Summary pane on the left side of the form
   • On the Dashboard tab in Project mode
   • On the toolbar in Plan mode
