Use the
Actions menu to perform actions that apply to the current hub and record. The options that display depend on the active hub and the type of view, Detail or List, that is in use.

Following are the more common options on the Actions menu; refer to the appropriate area of the online help for specific information for each hub.

Edit

Select this option to open the hub form and make changes to the summary and overview information for the currently selected
contact record.

Copy
|
Select this option to copy and modify the current record to create a new record. When you copy a record with attached documents,Deltek does not copy the documents to the new record.

Delete
|
Select this option to delete the current record.
|
Export
|
Select this option to export records to a .CSV file format. You must be in List View to export records. The export function is disabled if you are in Detail View. You have the option of selecting a subset of records or all records for export to the .CSV file.

Design
|
Select this option to open the Screen Designer that you can use to add tabs, grids, and fields. You must have administrator rights to use the Screen Designer.

Add Touchpoint
|
Select this option to add a touchpoint (a simple activity such as a meeting or a phone call) for the currently displayed record.

Delete
|
Select this option to delete the current record. When you delete a record, you permanently remove it from the database and it cannot be undone. Verify that the record is no longer in use before you delete it.
