Plan Number

This column displays the plan number.

Plan Status

This column displays the plan status: Active, Dormant, Inactive, or Purged.

This column displays the date on which the plan started or is scheduled to start.

This column displays the date on which the plan ended or is scheduled to end.

Phase

This column displays the phase number.

Phase Name

This column displays the name of the phase.

Include in Utilization
|
This Yes/No column indictes whether or not
Include in Utilization and Project Reports is selected for the plan on the General tab of the Project Planning form. That option indicates whether or not the resource assignments for the plan are included in resource utilization calculations.
To limit the plans included on the report to only those plans included in resource utilization calculations, select the
Only include plans marked for Utilization and Project Reports check box on the General tab of the Options dialog box for this report.
