Use the Actions menu on the Projects form in Project mode as a shortcut to actions you routinely perform on projects. - Dashboard Tab of the Projects Form

Use the Invoices tab to review information about the invoices that are associated with the currently selected project and to view, enter, or edit details and comments related to the invoices. - Teams Tab of the Projects Form
Use the Teams tab to organize information about the team members and firms who work on a project. - Dates & Costs Tab of the
Projects Form
Use the Dates & Costs tab to enter or review project dates and cost data. The information on this tab provides a snapshot of a project's budget and status. - Collaboration Tab of the
Projects Form
If you enable Kona Business integration, you can use the Collaboration tab to share information and collaborate with team members through conversations related to the current projects. This allows for greater communication and increased productivity. - Activities Tab of the
Projects Form
The Activities tab in the Projects hub presents a history of all communication with a client for this project, such as meetings, phone calls, and other tasks associated with a project. This tab displays only if you own the CRM or CRM Plus application. Activities are also visible in the Contacts, Firms, Opportunities, Marketing Campaigns, and Employees hubs, from user-defined hubs, from the calendar, and from the Activity Manager. - Proposal Notes Tab
Use the Proposal Notes tab to enter a project's background or history information, including project codes, descriptions, and awards received. This tab displays only if you own the CRM Plus module for Professional Services. - Files & Links Tab of the
Projects Form
Use the Files and Links tab to upload, view, and store files that are related to the current project record. You can also add URLs, email addresses, and links to files and graphics. - Aged Accounts Receivable Dashpart
Use the Aged Accounts Receivable dashpart to view your posted accounts receivable information, with aging data, for the current project. This includes the total amount billed, paid and unpaid balances, outstanding retainage, and the length of time that the receivables have been outstanding. - Aged Unbilled Labor Dashpart
Use the Aged Unbilled Labor dashpart to view an assessment of the labor amounts at the project level. This includes billed and unbilled amounts, as well as an aging chart to display the period of time that the labor has gone unbilled. - Project Plan Summary Dashpart
Use the Project Plan Summary dashpart to view a summary of the project's labor, expense, and consultant job-to-date (JTD) and estimate-to-complete (ETC) billing amounts at the project level. This dashpart provides one detailed view that shows how the project is trending against the contract amount as of the current date. Or, if you are planning at cost, you can view the estimate-at-completion (EAC) overhead against the contract amount to determine the potential profit for the project. - Project Progress Dashpart
Use the Project Progress dashpart to view the overall percent complete for project labor, expenses, and consultants, which enables you to quickly assess where you stand on the project through the job-to-date (JTD) date.
