View Previously Requested Absences

You can view previously requested absence requests from the Timesheets form.

To view previously requested absences:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Timesheet.
  2. Click Actions > Previous Absence Requests.
  3. By default, the Previously Requested Absences dialog box displays your upcoming absence requests. If you want to also view past absence requests, deselect the Only Show Upcoming Absence Requests check box. This check box hides or displays absence requests that have a date in the Last Day field that is earlier than today's date.
  4. You can do any of the following when reviewing your absence requests:
    • Click to reveal a row that allows you to filter any column.
    • Click the value in the Hours Requested field to display the dates requested and hours requested for each date in an info bubble.
    • Click at the end of each row to view the approval information (respective assignments and history).
    • If the request is not yet approved or rejected, click in the Comments field to edit the comment.
    • Use the selection check box to select rows for deletion and choose Delete Selected from the Actions menu to delete the selected absence requests. This action is disabled if there are no rows selected.
  5. Click Close to close the dialog box and return to the Timesheets form.
