Check the Approval Workflow Progress of a Record

You can check the progress of approvals in the Approval Center form.

Access rights to the record type are needed check the approval progress of the record.

To check the approval workflow progress of an absence request:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Approval Center.
  2. On the Approval Center form, select the record type, such as Absence Requests, from the Approval Center drop-down menu. The requests display in the grid.
  3. If you have the appropriate access rights, you can select the Show All Pending and Complete check box to display records that are assigned to you for approval.
  4. Click at the right end of a row. The Progress dialog box displays. You can click to display the filter fields for each field in the grid.
