Use the fields and options to select invoices and view its information.
Field | Description |
File

This field displays the file name, such as
September invoices.
If you are creating a new invoice file, you must enter the name in the
File Name field on the New Invoice File dialog box.
The file name is an internal code Vision uses to group the invoices associated with the file. This name appears in the list of files shown in the Transaction Center (Transaction Entry, Transaction Lists, and Transaction Posting).

Creator
|
This field displays the user name of the person who created the file.
|
End Date
|
This field displays the calendar date on which the file was created.
If Vision is configured to require that transaction dates fall within the current fiscal year or current fiscal period, you cannot select a file with an end date that falls outside of the required period.

Period
|
This field displays the time the file was created.
|
Show only transactions created by me
|
Select this option to display only invoice files created by the currently logged in user.
|
OK
|
Select a file from the list by clicking a file name and clicking
OK, or double-clicking the file name to continue to the Invoice Accept dialog box.
|
New
|
Click this option to open the New Invoice File dialog box. Enter a name in the
File Name field and click
OK to continue to the Invoice Accept dialog box.

Cancel
|
Click this option to close the Invoice File Selection dialog box without selecting a file.

Help
|
Click this option to display the help system.
