Filter a Conversation Using Highlights

You can filter conversations using Highlights to show the conversations that are most important to you.

You must enable Kona Business integration to conduct a Kona conversation.

To filter a conversation using highlights:

1. From the Collaboration tab, select the Collaboration grid.
2. Review the conversations on the grid. If you were recently mentioned or are currently active in a conversation, click Highlights to view those conversations first.
