Modify a Set of Saved Options

If your security role gives you the required access, you can change the options for a set of saved options.

To modify a set of saved report options:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Reporting and click the type of report.
  2. Select the report for which you want to modify a set of saved options.
  3. Click the Options column and click .
  4. On the Options dialog box, select the settings you want for the saved options.
  5. Click Organize.
  6. Click next to Folder Name on the Organize Options dialog box, and then click the folder in which the option set is located.
  7. In the Save Name field, select the option set that you want to modify.
  8. Click Save.
  9. In response to the confirmation prompt, click Yes. If the saved options are the basis of any favorite reports, a prompt asks if you want to update the options for those favorites.
    • Click Yes if you want to update the options for the favorites.
    • Click No if you do not want the favorites updated.
