Display the Add Firm Dialog Box

Access this dialog box when you qualify a contact.

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and select Contacts.
  2. Locate the Qualified Status field on the Summary pane. As you work with a contact and your relationship evolves, you can change the contact's status to match the process status.
  3. Select Qualified as the Status. Or, click Actions > Qualify Contact. The Qualify Contact dialog box displays.
  4. Click Create New Firm. The Add Firm dialog box displays. Complete and save the fields on this form.
