Example: One Employee Associated with Multiple Companies

If a single employee is associated with more than one company, search results include a separate employee record for each of those companies.

For example, employee John Smith has a home company of Widget Enterprises but is associated with two additional companies: Snarfle Incorporated and Wonkits Unlimited. When you look up or search for John Smith in the Employees hub, the results display one record for each of the employee's companies:

• John Smith - Widget Enterprises
• John Smith - Snarfle Incorporated
• John Smith - Wonkits Unlimited

You can select the employee record that is associated with the company that you want to view. The name of the company that you are viewing displays next to the employee's name in the header of the Employees form.
