Display the New Conversation Dialog Box

Display this dialog box from the Projects or Opportunities hubs.

The CRM application is required for integration with Kona Business.

  1. In the Navigation pane in the browser application, go the Hubs section and select Projects or Opportunities.
  2. Search for and select a project or opportunity.
  3. Select the Collaboration tab and click Start a Conversation.
