Contents of the Employee Absence Accrual History Form

Use the fields and options on the form to enter the historical data for benefit accruals.

Header Information

Field Description
Employee Select the employee for whom to enter historical data.

Grid Options

Field Description
Insert To insert a new row, click this option.
Copy To copy a row, select the row that contains the entry that you want to copy and click this option. Modify the entry as necessary and save the new entry.
Delete To delete the entry from the grid, select the row containing the entry you want to delete and click this option.

Absence Accruals Grid Fields

Field Description
Code Deltek displays the employee's benefit accrual code. You set up the accrual codes on the Benefit Accrual Setup form in Settings > Advanced Accounting > Time Analysis.
Description Deltek displays the descriptions of the benefit accrual code.
Starting Balance Enter the employee's starting balance for the current active period for the accrual code.
YTD Earned Enter the number of hours that the employee has earned for the accrual code this year.
YTD Taken Enter the number of hours that the employee has taken for the accrual code this year.
