Calendar
Use the Deltek Calendar to track your activities, events, and time-sheet related tasks. You can also view other employee's calendars or share your own calendar with others .
You can also:
- Create, edit, reschedule, or delete an activity. Deltek creates a hyperlink to the Activities hub or in the Activities tab of the records associated with the activity.
- Define the attendees (contacts and employees), opportunity, project, or marketing campaign associated with the activity. If you have any user-defined hubs, you can also associate them to activities.
- Copy an activity to create a follow-up activity.
- Create, edit, copy, move, or delete a timesheet. Changes that you make on the calendar are reflected in the traditional timesheet grid view and vice versa.
- Submit a timesheet.
