Use the Actions menu on the
Opportunity Plan Structure form to set up the plan structure, make changes to the structure, and view the
opportunity plan in
Project View.

Edit Plan Structure

Select this option set up or make changes to the plan structure for the
opportunity. You can change the names of structure elements, add elements to a level, move elements from one level to another, change the order of elements, or delete elements.
If the CRM application is not activated and
Deltek is set up to have a only one work breakdown structure (WBS) level, this option is not available.

Edit
Opportunity
|
Select this option to use the Edit
Opportunity form to make changes to the
opportunity information, other than the plan structure, for the currently selected
opportunity. You can also to delete that
opportunity.
This option is only available if the CRM application is not activated and if you have the access rights that are required to add records. If the CRM application is activated, add and edit
opportunity information, other than the plan structure, in the
Opportunities hub.

Copy Plan Structure
|
Select this option to set up the plan structure for an
opportunity by copying the plan structure from another
opportunity or from a
project. When the Copy Plan Structure dialog box displays, select the
opportunity or
project from which you want to copy the structure. When you click
Copy, the levels and level elements from the copied structure display in the Plan Structure grid.
This option is only available if you have not yet added resources to the
opportunity plan.
If the CRM application is not activated and
Deltek is set up to have a only one work breakdown structure (WBS) level, this option is not available.

Open in
Project View
|
Select this option to display plan information for the
opportunity in
Project View so you can review the plan, assign resources, and enter planned hours.
